MODERN WORK requires
modern leadership

Workplaces don’t look like they used to, but many leadership practices still do. Today's leaders need practical strategies to build trust, maintain accountability, and sustain performance across distributed teams.

From Office to Anywhere provides a research-informed framework to do just that.

From Office to Anywhere: How Smart Leaders Build High-Performing Remote Teams is a practical guide for leaders who want distributed work to perform as well as it promises.

Built around the six-part REMOTE Leadership Framework, the book shows leaders how to strengthen relationships, empower people, shift mindset, clarify objectives, use technology intentionally, and sustain engagement across distance.

Rather than prescribing one model of where work should happen, From Office to Anywhere focuses on the leadership practices that make teams work—wherever they are.

FROM THE AUTHOR

I wrote From Office to Anywhere because too many organizations changed where people work without changing how leaders lead.

Remote and hybrid work exposed leadership practices that were already under strain: unclear expectations, weak communication, inconsistent accountability, and cultures built around proximity rather than performance.

The book brings together the research, practical tools, and leadership practices I’ve developed through my work with organizations navigating that shift.
